Same-day appointments and appointments not available online may be scheduled by contacting us directly via text, phone call, or email at the contact information below. Weekday, evening and weekend appointments are available.
When booking, please keep in mind that the massage time is for the full amount of time scheduled. That means 60 minutes is 60 minutes of actual massage - no skimping on time here! Please also plan for a few additional minutes after the session is complete to chat with your massage therapist about future treatments, get your questions answered and schedule your next appointment.

How Can You Make the Most of Your Relaxation & Restoration? Here are some guidelines to help you prepare for your appointment.
*New Clients - Welcome! Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork. You will be asked to complete an Informed Consent Agreement (copied below) and Client Intake and Health History Form before any services can begin. This will also allow time for a brief verbal intake to discuss goals and concerns in order to develop a treatment plan that will best benefit each individual.
*Returning Clients - Welcome Back! Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete a brief verbal intake.
Please read the following for further guidelines regarding your appointment. New clients will be asked to sign a paper copy of this agreement before any services can begin. This Informed Consent Agreement includes important and updated policies about client disclosure, client behavior and late cancellation of scheduled appointments. These policies apply to both new and returning clients.
This record of consent will be maintained confidentially in the client’s file and is required before massage can commence. This agreement is held between the LMT (referred to in this agreement as massage therapist) and you, the client.
During each session, you will be covered by sheets and a blanket for warmth and modesty. You as the client may undress to your comfort level, as client comfort and well-being is important. The massage therapist will drape sheets on different areas of the body to be worked on. If you decide to leave on any articles of clothing, the area covered will not be worked on by the massage therapist. Massaging of genitals is never tolerated and will not be performed.
Massage therapy includes the assessment and treatment of soft tissues and joints of the body by means of: soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy, deep tissue massage, and structural bodywork. As such, the massage therapist will not perform spinal manipulations, osteopathy, physical therapy, or prescribe medications. You may be asked to practice self-care at home in between treatments to enhance results.
The massage therapist will ask for your current state of health and medical history. You are required to list all known medical conditions and take it upon yourself to keep the massage therapist updated on your physical and mental health. The massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other medical disorders. If necessary, you may be referred to a physician for further medical evaluations before massage therapy commences. The massage therapist may refuse to treat any client or part of their body with just and reasonable cause. Please notify the massage therapist if you are feeling uncomfortable or if you want to end your session early. Your request will be granted without question and you will not be charged for the session if you choose to end it early due to feelings of discomfort.
Relaxing Restorations Massage Therapy has the right to refuse service at any time and will do so under the following conditions:
1. You, as the client, are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
2. You, as the client, make any sexual remarks or gestures
3. Not making payments as required for services rendered
4. Arriving for appointments more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time
5. Not attending scheduled appointments without advance cancellation
If any of the above conditions occur, the session will end immediately and you are required to pay full price for the session scheduled. A rate schedule may be found on the Relaxing Restorations Massage Therapy Services and Rates page and session fees will be determined before each session. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the originally scheduled time will be charged 50% of the full session rate (no discounts will be applied). If more than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment OR if the cancelled appointment is booked with another client, no charge will be assessed. Pre-paid sessions, including sessions scheduled with the intent to redeem a gift certificate, will result in a forfeiture of the session/gift certificate value when they are not re-scheduled or cancelled in advance by the client.
